We provide assistance to individuals, organisations and government in the Victorian building regulatory control environment. Compliance assessments as to applicable legislation and the Building Code of Australia, and Australia and New Zealand Standards, are offered across all types and classes of buildings from dwellings, public buildings, factories, warehouses, and commercial premises.
Service exclusions
ABS Services Pty Ltd are unable to provide the following services:
- The issuing of Building Permits and related services
- Mandatory inspections are not available to private certifiers
- We are not a free or government funded service. Fees apply and free advice is not offered
